It's debatable. an ego'd celtic guardian staff would treat you pretty well, but otherwise, a tikka wand plus a spellbook of some sort (holy eagle masks are real nice if you can happen into one but I'm not your boss) will treat Sword, Staff and Chain Blade if those are possible. Wand is really not viable unless you play fusion bolt damage. I can't find a lot of information about it on the wiki. Currently I am running a Celtic Druid Staff with a bunch of upgrades/erg/spirit on it.
